MINI ME PROBLEMS

i am using a z6 manifold, and there is an extra plug on the back of the manifold that i dont know what it is do i nned it ?

take a pic of the plug and post it. or at least tell us where the plug is coming from and what colors the wires are.

if it is the one black lil cylinder shaped sensor with a vacum T to it... NO thats a OBD1 sensor, not needed

That's the purge cut solenoid right? Not ONLY OBD-1... OBD-0's have them too, but they are mounted to the firewall.

I think the Y8 has it mounted to the fuel rail.

im wondering about the same thing. when comparing the a6 manifold to the z6 manifold, they differ quite a bit. anyone have any advice? (sorry for jackin your thread)
