Default Smoke in certain gears?

I don't know why, but lately my car has been having some weird smoking patterns. The car always kind of smoked a small amount when vtec engaged, but now it's acting funny. Two patterns:

1st gear: none
2nd Gear: a little
3rd-5th:little to none

1st gear: none
2nd gear: a little
3rd-5th: all hell breaks loose.

I don't know what the problem could be. The motor is out of a 94 GSR, with a Kenji reprogrammed ECU being my only ECU/Fuel mod of any sort. Other than that, I have i/h/e clutch and flywheel. The motor has 215 compression across all 4 cylinders. I do have to add a quart of oil every two weeks because I'm losing it somehow, but my exhaust cam seal is leaking so that may be the reason. Once I get that fixed, I will know then.

Has anyone had this problem before? I'm installing my turbo kit soon and I wanted to make sure everything was running right before I did. Any information would be appreciated.

I'm going to try and make a video so maybe you can see it. Thanks.
