Question about the value of a bike...
Was wondering if there was a site similar to kelly blue book but for motorcycles. I've got a 99 gsxr 750 in my garage that I'm planning on selling in a bit but I'm not really sure what it's worth. It's got 10k miles on it and is in good condition but the side fairings have been painted over with some crappy rattle can paint so to make it clean it would need fairings. Any suggestions? I'm seeing some super clean ones in the cycletrader for over 5k with 16 or 20k miles but I'm thinking thats way over priced. lemme know what you guys think.
You don't need a site like the Kelley Blue Book. KBB.com has motorcycle values as well as cars and trucks.

imho people are picky when it comes to bikes. and rarely pay much attention to kbb, edmonds, etc. they mainly look at appearence, functionality, and mileage. imo, check out a few sites ( http://www.gixxer.com, http://www.stuntlife.com, http://www.sportbikes.net) to compare prices.
damn, I'm dumb. I didnt even realize kbb had those values. I checked it out though and they dont really have a section where you can input the condition and mileage and such. They just spit out some number which seemed kinda high. I guess I'll just check out other for sale sites and see whats up.
