Default Quick question about aem feul regulator.....

I have an aem fpr on my type r. Now when I rev it up the fuel guage needle doesn't move at all. I have it set at 45psi, is it suppose to move up to 60 or something when I rev it up. I had the b&m fpr at first and when I rev the engine the needle would move...

I'm fairly sure the pressure remains constant throughout the rpm range.
