okay here's what I got a 3 in exhaust custom made by Grand Muffler (spelling) in Atlanta this should fit any coupe from 96-00 you get a 3 in test pipe O2 bung already welded 3 in mid pipe and part of the axle back, muffler was cut off. All you need is a muffler and resonator (if required ) and your good to go. Everything is stainless steel except a 24in section of the midpipe that was done to save money $120 bucks firm also I have a catco 3in cat. converter that can be include $60 total price is $180

if it will fit a 99 si I'm sure it will fit a 97 same body style
