Whenever i engage my a/c in neutral, my idle surges wildly, it goes from 450 to 750 constantly. I checked my a/c pressure lines and the pressure is ok, so i don't need r134. I was told it could also be my IAC valve. Is their a way to clean these valves? BTW, when the car is in gear the a/c and idle doesn't surge but the air is always not as cold as last year.
