Default Mr. Spoon regarding trans/engine oil in new VTEC club DVD.

Any of you guys have the new best motoring dvd, VTEC club. There is a section in it where viewers ask questions. One was about engine oil, and the topic of transmission oil came up. Mr. spoom says that changing the trans fluid is just as important as the engine oil. That in racing, the drivtrain takes most of the stress, and in FF cars, the stress is even higher. He recommends changing the trans fluid everytime you change your oil, and that that is his personal regimen. just though i might share the info. I might rip the dvd and and it to my ftp site within the next couple of weeks for you cheap assess who wont buy it

What's a "spark plug" and why would it need to be changed with each oil change?

Is it ok to just rotate your spark plugs? Are they directional?

Yep, mine is messed up also. around the 17:00 minute mark. I returned to autobacs and the replacement one was messed up also. They also said that i could not return another one "scrathed up". I emailed best motoring and from what they said, you can send it to them and the will ship you out a working one.

i do mine every other oil change. fluid is cheap enough and as far as im concerned, as badass hondas are, i think their weakest point is thier transmission. take care of them!

Yes i do this every other day, put plug 2 in cylinder 1 plug 3 in cyliner 4, plug 7 in cylinder 8 and so on.....the idea, and i rotate my plug wires too. My plugs are directional, in order to get the right direction on them, i take the entire motor out and turn it while holding the plug in the hole...so much easier and gives me at least 12bhp per plug extra
