DA to EF. What suspension parts are interchangeable?
I have a friend who has a DA integra.. wanted to know what was interchangeable between the two. I was thinking of swaping out his struts and springs front and back with mine out of a 1991 civic si. Would this be possible?
Also are the front brakes the same size in my 91 si vs his DA? Thanks in advance.

Can anyone else confirm?

u sure about this? I'm getting different info from different people. First they said front shocks are shorter but rears are the same... now you say the opposite. ANyone?

i cant answer about shock or spring height differences
but i can about the brakes
i have the da fronts in mine currently
better stopping power, oh yeah. but u have to use 14" or bigger rims, preferrably 15"s
on the rears i will be putting in later this summer, just waiting on my buddys parts car.
i will be using the DA master cylinder/brake booster, prop valve and ebrake cables
rear trailing arms and disc brake package, and all of this stuff will bolt on. though i was told to use the EF 4door master cylinder on my stock booster as it will bolt directly on without modifying my brake lines.

I had DA shocks in my car a few months ago. As for the fronts being shorter, hell, they might be, but i couldn't tell. If the DA shocks were shorter, everyone would buy them instead of EF front shocks. (kinda like the 89 accord front shocks, which aren't as popular because they don't come in illums or agx).
So i stick by it, the fronts are the same (if not shorter
), but the rears are longer by quite a bit.

Thats with the front knuckles/brake set up, however u can still use them (but i wouldnt). The rear disc brakes will bolt up fine without any problems.

So if I use 91 teg front knuckles on my 88 crx it'll **** it off??? damnit I was planning on doing this swap .....so what other bigger brakes could i put on it that wont mess up the geometry

NO. ****, will people please STOP posting info like this. They dont screw anything up. They slightly change toe but toe can be adjusted. I have thme on my civic and they are GREAT. Dont listen to anyone who hasnt used them, cause they dont know. And if they have used them and they still think they suck or they "screwed" up their geometry, its probably because they used the DA UCAs which DO screw up things like caster and camber.

Ben Ogle is right about the front.
Here's the deal on the rear.
I got agx struts in the rear.
Part #'s are the same for 89-91 civic/90-93 integra.
They're the same.
The entire trailing arm assembly from the DA will bolt to your hatch.
Use your existing compensator arms.
No BS. This is fact

Calm down. You said it yourself that the DA knuckles do in fact have an effect on the geometry. Geometry is hardly ever PERFECT, but why throw it off any further? Honda made the DA ones a certain way for a reason and they also made the EX ones for a reason. Are the two different? YES. I'm constantly keeping an eye on my alignment and always making sure i keep my toe, camber, even a slight amount of caster (i have an aftermarket cross member) as perfect as i can get it since I have access to an alignment rack. I just said i personally wouldnt run the DA ones.
