I put a hedman chikara 4-2-1 2 piece hedder on my 98 Honda civic 1.6l because it was cheaper than the factory cat.I have 2 02 sensors and I put them in the hedder,the up flow 02 about 3" down from flange of the ypipe and the down flow at the end of the ypipe,needless to say the 02's tripped out the comp.I was wondering if I could put a high flow cat as close to the ypipe as possible and leave the up flow at the end of the ypipe and the down flow at the other end of the cat and it work then.
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it thank you

You MUST have your secondary O2 AFTER the cat, or you'll get a cat inefficiency code...

Or, buy a secondary O2 simulator and do away with it. http://www.casperselectronics.com
