$458.37
Test is December 15th @ http://www.automotiveperformanceengineering.com
For those who have offered up headers/ITRs for the test please post up your availability as we would hate to have people donate money/time/effort for a test no-one shows up for, if you know what I mean.

I cant wait to see the results! I am currently saving money for a hytech header but if anything else outperforms it i may change my mind? lol....
Hehe, who put together the "Great Header Test" page on http://www.ap-engineering.com
Thanks for quoting me

EDIT- wait I think I know who's car that is in the graphic (sweet graphic btw)

How far of a drive north is it from Detroit?
Then click on header test, then map.
Alrite, it seems we are comparing only JDM-style headers here. I was just thinking that a minority of B18Cx (I have GS-R love) owners who are interested in this test may want to keep their stock cat for the love of emissions (something I wouldn't know anything about....). Should we include any USDM-size (2.25" collector) headers as well? If so, I have a Copmptech 4-2-1 that came with my car....
Hell yes! Have you been holding out on us! Bring the Comptech, Dave will have a test tube..right?

I imagine he would if we're going to dyno the USDM OEM header with SMS exhaust.... errrr I hope...
sackdz-who is no longer holding out with headers

I thought we were just testing the USDM header with stock cat and cat back. I'd have to build another tube to fit a USDM style 2" collector, no 2-1/4" collectors out there that I know of that bolt up like stock. Why not try the Comptech on the stock cat and cat back?
That'll work... but then the Comptech will be slightly disadvantaged against the other headers because it's through stock exhuast. (Though it's not going to come close anyway based on my *** dyno)
Here is another idea for collecting more money.
Open the dyno to other ITRs. It’s going to take some time getting the headers changed and installed (should be some down time). Charge other ITR so that you minimize the down time and get more money. I am planning to install a vafc and I need dyno time to tune. This means that I going to pay for the dyno time and I would rather pay you guys to help for the header test.

Is there going to be enough time to test all of the headers? I'll bring my half mugen half hytech header if you guys want but it's kind of a one of a kind header.
