Default B&M Short Shifter Question

I have a 95' LS and a 88' CRX Si. In the CRX I have a B&M Short Shifter, when I bought it, the shifter was listed as for both the CRX and the 90-01 Integra, and i've been told it will fit. It is the bendless one pictured here on the B&M site:
http://www.bmracing.com/produc....html

Does anyone have experience with this shifter, I don't want it to hit a drink if I have one in the cupholders... thats the main concern I have because it seems like without the bend it would be further up, so is this shifter interchangeable between my integra and my CRX with no issues with the cupholder and such?

I've never thought about it like that. I've never had a problem with it. Maybe I'll take a picture for you in 5th.

I actually have the straight shifter in my 00 integra and it fits fine. it's just in a different position than stock. You get used to it though. It's not like anything bigger than a 12 oz coke can will be in the holder anyway. use it.

i'll try it out, its not that bad of an install so if I don't like it I can always go back to stock.
