How is this possible?!?!
I fixed my FITV on Saturday morning. When I was checking out the car after I finished, I pumped the brake and noticed that ONLY AFTER I let off the brake my RPM's go up just slightly and then come back down? About 150-200 RPM's or so...
Any ideas?

You let off the gas and your RPM come up?
Or you let off the brake and the RPM comes back up?
If you meant that you take your foot of the brake, then it might be only that your brake booster is taking away some of the vacuum in the intake manifold and your rpm drops a little.
Or you let off the brake and the RPM comes back up?

my car does that. is it bad and does it NEED to be fixed or is it normal.

Sorry, I fixed the original post. When I let off the brake after a full depression of the pedal, the RPM's go up.
I'm switching over to a Teg Non-abs Booster, prop valve, and MC when I do my 4 wheel disc setup. Will this help clear up the problem or make it worse since it's a bigger booster and MC?

As far as I know, if the swing isn't too radical it's normal.
Becuse of the power brakes. There is both a difference in vacuum pressure and /or a signal to the ECU to speed up the idle, forget which.
ALL my hondas, change idle speed by a few rpms when you step on the brake.

I have the stock one now yes.
I'm putting together a Teg rear disc setup w/ NSX calipers up front. I'll need the bigger booster and MC to facilitate having two more pistons up front, and higher levels of fluid being pushed to the back from the drum-to-disc conversion.

Yes!
Shoot up, drop down or depress pedal, release pedal. LOL
I can't remember the seqeunce. It's only 50-100 rpm. though.
I can't believe this is news to anyone.

NORMAL. The way I figure is that its the booster putting a little extra air into the IM when you take your foot of the brake.
