Default outlawengineering.com gasket set---I got one check it out! HELP! IAC

I had to have one of these remarkable gasket kits out there on the market. From what I read and found there were three companies:

-ANR
-hondata
-outlaw

I choose the outlaw kit because it came with all the extra hardware, two extra gaskets (throttle body and IAC) and I got it for a good deal.

Sean at outlaw was very helpful; they answer emails very quickly and are very nice.

The package came fast, priority, and was packaged beyond perfect!

Well this is the help part of my post:
I have a JDM motor and I suffer once again from buying a JDM motor and trying to use newer parts on it.

Here is a pic of my RevHard manifold. The two bolts is where my obd0 IAC bolts up. From the OL gasket, you can see that my IAC doesnt bolt up to that. Sooo here is my question...

I actually think my IAC is bad so If I buy a new one is there one I can buy and have it line up with the bolt pattern I need? Anyone have ANY idea what part this is (specific year for a gsr or b16) and possibly the price!

On another note: DONT LET THIS DISCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BUY THIS KIT OVER HONDATA OR ANR. EVERYTHING ELSE FIT LIKE A GLOVE! IT EVEN COMES WITH 2 PAGES OF INSTRUCTIONS! WHY DO YOU EVEN NEED INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS INSTALL. ITS ALREADY SO EASY for the outlaw kit!

heres the deal. your manifold allows the use of any obd aicv, the gasket is made for an obd1 aicv. if i was you idf just spend the extra few $$$ on an obd1 aicv. i know ur pockets aren't :smacks pocket like in 2f2f: empty. im gonna buy this kit soon. o btw, side note. right now i have an obd0 aicv on an obd1 intake manifold using just the upper bolt to hold it on. works great.

Youll get everything in the pic. I had no problems at all. Weve come up with an alterative to the ppl using obd0 iacs. This company is great and easy to deal with and they are just plain GREAT. I dont know how many more times i need to say it
