just installed the jdm sir gage cluster..
An easy way to do it in your head is cut the number in half then add 10% of the original number.
example
120kph in half =60 plus 10% of original number (10% of 120 = 12) 60+12= 72mph
or
80kph in half =40 plus 10% of original number (10% of 80=8) 40+8=48mph
example
120kph in half =60 plus 10% of original number (10% of 120 = 12) 60+12= 72mph
or
80kph in half =40 plus 10% of original number (10% of 80=8) 40+8=48mph

Dude, no, way too complicated.
Move the decimal place over, so 120 becomes 12, 145 becomes 14.5.
Multiply by 6. 12*5 = 72; 14.5 *6 = 87

You should dab little red touch up paint where 45 and 65 are. So you arent getting pulled over all the time.
