Default Theoretically...will it smog?

Ok guys...I have not started a post in a while, but I have a question for those of you with the JDM engines.

I have:

JDM D15 SOHC Vtec 50,XXX miles
USDM D16z6 Intake manifold
DC Sport Headers
Stock Intake parts
Stock exhaust parts
93 si harness with obd1 jumper harness
95 ex ecu

so basically all sensors and so forth are US, as well as manifolds, ecu, dist...etc...just the block and head are jdm.

I have been told mixed reviews, that the JDM motor will smog with the US sensors and all that attatched and I have also been told that the JDM motor alone will be kicked prior to Cali testing at the ref...what do you guys think...please only those with first hand experience, or someone who knows what they are talking about respond...I dont need to hear about what swap i should, would, or could get, just need to know if the one I got SHOULD pass...thanks in advance...

Jason
