I have a '03 Civic Sedan LX and wanted to know if someone can tell me how to remove (if there's a specific way) the windshield fluid dispensers on the hood of my car. One of them is clogged and I want to clean it. Additionally, when I purchased the car, I guess there was plastic beneath the wiper dispensers and now I'd like to remove all the plastic possible.
