I have put thought into them but i figured that i most likely wouldn't be able to hear it and i wouldn't be paying enough attention to it to know if it was blinking or not.

Yea its good piece of mind but it also could be a distraction, if you are speeding then all of your attention should be on you/bike and the road. You dont want to be looking down at some flashing thing and wondering if its a cop or a wallmart.

you might wanna consider a laser diffuser system. K40 has made them for a while, and i think escort just came out with one using the same concept that K40 does (making it legal). that way, if the LED lights up, it IS a cop, and can't possibly be anything else (that i know of).

http://www.cyclegadgets.com <- I am an installer for them when they go on the road to rallies and stuff. THey do alot of touring type gadgets(BMW, GOLDWING...) They have a RAM mount for them, and you can buy an LED to mount into your helment. I think it runs about $40 for the mount, and the LED. DONT QUOTE ME ON THIS! You might have to call them, but they have it.

By the way, they are out of Plymouth, Indiana
