i dont see much companies making rear lower tie bars. i have a 2000 civic si with 19MM ST rear sway bar. i want a good tie bar to go with the sway, any one got any suggestions? im thinking of getting the skunk2, does JIC or cusco make one?

 

there's a lot out there... skunk2, dc sports, srr... depends on what you wanna spend...

 

yes cuscon makes i believe 18mm and 22mm for eks

 

While your at it i would suggest replacing your rear sway bar for a beefier one.

please read my first post before telling me to search. i already upgraded to a 19MM ST(suspension techniques) sway bar.

i notice the SRR is pretty cheap. i have to look into it. some feedbacks on it would help. also..where can i find the cusco rear tie bar? i search but i cant find it. i see a couple of no name brands but i really wouldnt want to try. more suggestions would be great..thanks

 

i have the srr tie bar and sway bar kit, i noticed a big difference with it, however i installed them both at the same time, so i dont know exactly what the tie bar did... here's some pics of it on my ek https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=888249

Just about everyone makes tie-bars... Just don't spend too much money on those things ; a metal bar is a metal bar after all.

 

i wouldn't buy one if you already have a sway. the only reason i see buying a tie bar is to help as a brace for the sway bar if you don't need one for the sway bar then dont' buy one

 

I wouldn't waste the money.
