Is There any way to get all 4 headlights on when i have my low beams on?
i want to have all 4 headlights using 9006 bulbs (i dont really need brights)... but i am not very good/knowledgeable about wiring and such. I know i can't just plug in 9006's into 9005 receptacles... but i don't know how i would decrease the wattage on the high beams
anyone done this/know how to do this? i tried to search but nothing came up

just a dumb question... WHY?
having lights in the high beam spots will still shine them UP in the air, even if you adjust them the lowest possible its not going to be perfectly on the ground like headlights are.

Almost gauranteed to get pulled over immediately, if you do this.
Years ago a friend of mine put aircraft lights in the high beam sockets of his four lamp Ranchero, and wired them up to be on with the low beams. Whenever he turned them on, almost always an instant ticket. He just took 'em out after a couple of months, they weren't worth the hassle.
Just my .02 cents.

No pix, he was my boss, actually. When I was working at a gas station while in HS.
And he was all into hot-rodding and ****. When he told me about it. I didn't beieve it.
He had to show me. It was pretty sick.
Whenever he turned the highbeams on the alternator used to start groaning like it was gonna explode. LOL

Why do you want to do this?
If you want daytime-running lights, just buy a DRL kit that runs the high beams at decreased voltage.
If you want more light, obviously keep the stock high beams in there (only to be used when needed) and do a 9005 conversion in the low beams.
If it's some kind of look you're going for, well that's kinda ricey as it would blind everybody else. Yes you could modify 9006's to fit the high beam sockets, but that would be pretty retarded. If you really wanted all 4 on all the time, you could wire some custom harnesses running off the battery, using relays switched by the low beam harnesses. That way all 4 would come on at the same time. But when you switched to high beam you would probably blow a fuse somewhere.
And you can't adjust the headlights separately. Low and high beam are on the same bracket and move together.
