Yes, as stated above, it was available abroad. In Japan, and I believe in a few other countries.
It is/was designated as the Honda Integra SiR-G. (Basically a Integra GSR with an automatic transmission).

I've seen the automatic GSR in japan but they are rare, especially at some of honda junkyard I was at. you could probably use the XSI tranny(comes w/ 5spd or auto) which is the integra with the b16.
