im gona get my first car and im looking to buy an integra gsr. but i want to get auto. so if i get the gs. what can i do to it with out forced induction. whtas the max hp i can get and for how much? thanks.

why in the world would you get an automatic....

it would be a slow car that is not fun to drive

 

So you're saying you want 140 wheel horsepower? That's not too difficult.....however, with an automatic, I'm almost positive that's going to be impossible without HEAVY "all motor" mods or forced induction.

Why would you want an automatic? There is so much more drivetrain loss. Having a non-vtec itself, in many cases, is a disadvantage. Your making it more by wanting an automatic.

Only thing I can really think of is to get some heavy duty cams and upgrade your valve train. Get the usual intake, header, and exhaust setup suitable for your application and work from there.

Again.....having an automatic and those above mods still probably won't get you to your goal.

 

ok im also against the automatics but if you really want one there is a thing called a level ten tranny that will allow you to race with the manuals. also the engines are the same so do anything you want. for example cams bored out block pistons cai platmun spark plugs larger head gasket for more compression. all types of stuff jsut be creative and get ready to tune your *** off
