I tried searching but the only thing that would come up is gas and that finds over 1000 threads which i dont have muhc time to look through all to find a answer. So if someone post a link to a good walk through of how to do this please delete this thread.

Anyway ive been having alot of problems with my car and i did a couple compression test. But the dumbass that i am at times (or lazy some might say) i left my injectors plugged in. So now i have way to much gas in my cylinders to get my car to start. Does anyone know a good way to get gas out without pulling the head? Thanks.

 

crank it with the injectors umplugged, and sparkplugs out also...

 

I was thinking of something like that but with spark plugs in but my friend said that the fuel wont burn because its a liquid already.

How exactly does that work with spark plugs out? Would it be sucked up through the exhaust valves?

Leave all four plugs out for awhile(few hours or overnight). The gas should evaporate.

Here is the easiest way to do it.

1: unplug main relay

2: take out spark plugs

3: crank the car over and it will shoot gas out of the cylinders

dont do anything or touch anything. just leave it alone for an hour. itll evaporate.
i had so much gas in my cylinder that my motor wouldnt even crank. 20 mins later and it would crank again..

why it only takes me about 1 minute to get gas out of the cylinders or water in that rare case a customer comes in and didn't **** the motor up

 

Well the car cranks but still doesnt start. So maybe it wasnt just to much gas in there. Now i need to figure out what it is thats wrong.

did you replace the plugs?

 

There brand spanking new plugs. Gapped to .33 and less then 100 miles on them. Switched them out when i did my turbo. But i didnt switch the wires but the wires are giving me spark. Im starting to think it might be main relay.

 

If you arn't getting fuel but getting spark it isn't the main relay and vice versa, if your getting both do a compression test might have washed out the rings.

 

I did a compression test before i had this problem. First problem i had was a dead starter but i thought it was something else, so i did a compression test and had nothing. So i got the starter fixed then did another compression test. Now i have 200s across the cylinders with +/- 5psi. So i know my valves are good and so is my piston (guessing since i got such good numbers). But for some reason my car wont start. It would turn over and over but not start. Im going crazy trying to figure out what the **** is wrong and since i work so much i cant really spend that much time on the car. Man its been 3 weeks that i havent driven my car and its driving me ******* crazy

Also im pretty sure im getting fuel and spark. But its not starting

 

How old is your distributor? It could be a worn dizzy cap and rotor. I had a similar problem where car would turn over but wouldn't start, so I replaced cap and rotor and no problems since. Still running same OEM ignition wires that came with the car(1994). It could also be something else with the dizzy. It could be worth a shot.

 

You know what, i was having problems with my dizzy before throwing shitty *** codes when nothing was wrong. Pissed me the **** off. Maybe thats it. Ill give it a try, any other ideas? TIA!
