Default Carbon Fiber Layers?

Ok so basically, I have my black widow body kit. I would love to have a Carbon fiber hood but it just wouldnt work with the kit ya know. I also dont want to paint it black, or anything... I dont care if you guys call me a "poser" or a "ricer" just because of this, but I want to know how or where I can buy some sort of Carbon Fiber sheet to lay over my hood. Its purely for cosmetic purposes only. As for me installing this if you guys think I cant, im a pro at fiberglassing, and I can give any car a show grade spray. Just that when it comes to the motor, consider me gone. Anyways, I found a place http://www.macqc.com/raceplates/plates.htm , but that will end up costing me $500 or so, which is horrible. There has to be a cheaper place around. Anyone help me out?

i forget the addy, but my friend found a place that sells cf in hawaii and its pretty cheap. i already had the idea to lay cf down on my hood adn save alot of cash but never got around to it. im pretty sure its 30 bucks a yard and thats pretty cheap cause u only need 2 yards for a crx hood. i saw a guy with a rx-7 do this and u couldnt tell the difference. anyway check the appearence/cosmetic forum, u might have a better shot there.

check out selectproducts.com and buy their carbon fiber video if you want to learn how to work with it.
ebay has some pretty cheap prices on cf sometimes.. take a look.
