Default what car do d16y8's come in?

yeah so i'm lookin around and i can't figure out where they come from. i think i'm lookin for an im to put on one or both of the z6's i now have. also what are some options for the z6? keep in mind that i have little money, but what other cars can i take parts off of etc. to get a little more power out of the z6? very open for suggestions since i now have two engines and still only one car. i will probably end up havein both heads machined and poss p&p.

The Y8 is a 96-00 Civic EX. The Z6 manifold is good as it is, a Y8 would be a simple upgrade. For real gains i'd upgrade to a skunk2 or edelbrock performer X.

IMO, if you're going to port and polish, might aswell get a new cylinder head valvetrain. Then, since you're getting new valvetrain, might aswell build the damn bottom end. If you're not going to be upgrading the valvetrain, don't P&P, it'll be only minimal gains.

Also don't forget that the D16Y8 also comes in the 96-97 Del Sol Si model.
