Can you swap driver and passenger seats on the 89 crx?

Remove the rails, swap seats, install seats back onto rails. Will it work? Is the seatbelt bolted onto the rail?

 

ive heard it can be done..the only weirdness is that the lever to recline the seat would be on the inner side instead of by the door

 

yea u could probaly do it just would be weird with the leaver on the inside

 

Try swapping just the foam and covers instead of the entire seat. It will take more time and effort but at least you won't have back-asswards seats.

 

I totally forgot about the levers... That would be weird!

 

uhm. why not swap the entire seat pan then?

 

you cant just swap the rails they're different sizes and the holes for the rails to screw into are different lengths, besides the levers would be wrong... i tried it..... you could prolly swap the foam and **** though
