Took my teg out to the track sat. nigth and was able to get in 3 runs. Keep in mind this is my second time to the strip so im not very experienced with anaylizing my times so please fill me in. I was car #51. Temp 65F. The only mods I have are intake(AEM CAI) and exhaust (Greddy EVO2). Stock suspention w/ 17" wheels, 205/40 Kumho Ecsta. Sorry can't get it to look any better once posted times get squeezed together.

1) First run was with a passanger, sucked was distracted and slow as **** off the line. Got beat by a older civic :\

2) This run i gave it lot more gas but car lost traction and power some because front end was hopin.

3) This was definitly my best run off the line. Only a little chirp, felt smooth and pulled hard through 1st. This run was against a eclipse spider gs-t not sure what mods if any. *Not sure how my time and mph was better the eclipse won I thought by a little bit. Someone explain*

i highly doubt you'll break 9s with that setup..... even with a lot of seat time.

tune that suspension, practice your launches, get better tires .
you MAY be able to get 9.9 with that alone.

SPEED=MONEY

 

if it means anything to you, those 1/8 time equal to about high 15's in the 1/4 mile, you need to work on those 60 foot times, you should be able to pull a 2.2 without much problem after some practice, I'd switch to the stockies if you still have them, the 17's are just way too big.

 

60' times own you. forreal get those down and you will get better.

you can hit 9s with those mods.
