d16 vtec

Been searching for awhile now and was wondering if anyone had a link on how to do a d16y8 non vtec to a vtec head for a automatic tranny. my friend already has the head just need to know what else he needs. Thanx

Your post is a bit unclear. The D16Y8 is the 1.6 VTEC motor. The D16Y7 is the non-VTEC motor. D16Z6 from 1992-1995 that came in the EX/Si trim and D16Y8 EX traim from 1996+. If he wants to do the infamous "Mini-Me" swap, check this link:
