OT: South Carolina PY ITR on I-26W heading towards Columbia, SC. Anyone here???
I was on a trip to Charleston, SC this weekend. I spotted a PY ITR heading towards Columbia, SC on I-26W on SATURDAY around 1-3pm. Anyone from this board? I flashed my high-beams... but don't know if the owner saw it. (Even if he did, he probably said, "WTF?" My car doesn't look an R.
