The initial clearance of the bumper must have been high enough to hit the upper curved part of the rail inorder to be forced upwards.
What a stupid bitch.. how can you hit something and not know it? What probably happend since this proves how stupid she is that she RAV4 hit the rail, stoped moving, she prob had no clue what was happening and mashed on the gas even harder.
When in doubt step on it !! Unbelievable. Man that is over the top. I hope that cop gave her some serious tickets. They should invent a dumbass ticket.

C'mon guys. She obviously is going on a long trip and wants to get every last drop of gas in the tank 
Most people I know use a small block of wood to do this though

Why doesn't she just lock in the front hub and pull it off there? There is still one wheel on the ground!
