23mm non-adjustable or 19mm adjustable???
i was hard up for cash and my giant skunk2 bar had slightly torn my subframe so i opted to trade it for a smaller bar plus cash to my friend. in return i recieved an eibach/aem adjustable anti-roll bar for my skunk2 non adjustable bar.
the car is set up for daily driving, and occasional auto x. from what i have gathered for autox and tight turns it is best to have a very tight rear end.
my question is:
is the 19mm adjustable bar (set on the stiff setting) comparable to the 23mm skunk2 bar?
i have the opportunity to trade this aem bar for another skunk2 if it is worth the trade.
should i make the swap or stick with the 19mm aem adjustable bar?
car is a 00 civic coupe.
spring rates in front are 14k(6-700) and rear are 10k(5??)
front and rear strut bars
rear tie bar
thanks.
