Default EF/ED H&R Coilovers installed on a DA...sexy...do you think I need an alignment? (56k, umm...no)

Well I made the 4 hour drive each way yesterday to the Drop Shop yesterday and let me tell you, boy was it worth it. Jon hooked me up BIG TIME and I learned tons.

I dunno...driving away like this, it pulled kinda funny. Do you think my toe is a little outta spec?

But seriously...thanks to Jon and Max for hooking me up with a killer deal and making the trip worth my while. They do some nice work!

In a few days I should have a few pics of the actual drop...my shitty Digi cam crapped out on me tho

Dont mean to highjack yor post but you are lucky. I have found jon to have very poor customer service. I bought a turbo adapter and he never shipped it. I had to file a claim for a measly $90.00.

wow 6 posts...no one answered his question?

Yes. Id get an alignment ASAP even if you DONT think you need one. Most places will look at it for free and then you can go from there.

Car looks sexy; Im loving the black FMIC

Nah, I know I need an alignment done...the pic was just a goof.

The 'tech' aspect to this post is that yes you can fit EF/ED suspension parts on a DA...even if they are 5" shorter than stock

Also, Jon hooked me up by installing front Lower Ball Joints and Tie Rod End for me for FREE!

to the Drop Shop

Ride is VERY nice. This is a set of $1200 coilovers new so they outta, right?

Took some corners hard on the way home and she just pulled herself outta every turn. Now I have never had a lowered car or riden in much that wasnt stock. These are 10x better...especially for the price

I think there is someone selling a set of these very same coilovers on G2IC

That's a Tyrus aka "Johnny Racecar" 6"x30"x2" - this thing is cheap, but man the pressure drop I *think* it has seems significant.

The rest of my setup can be viewed @ http://www.xenocron.com

Oh, well some dipshit in a riced out Maxima was following me pretty close on 84 in CT and we hit a rather significant dip in the road....the exhaust hit the ground and sparks went flying. I dont know what I would have thought if I was him

i was wondering the same thing. . . maybe they just felt it to be easier since you have to disconnect the ball joint anyways. . . seems like more of a pain in the **** if you ask me though. . .
