Year differences
The 96-97 is a little bigger (wider) tailights, front lip, obd2, front grill.
Specs 97 2dr ex (95 2dr ex in bold):
Length: 185.6 184 in. Width: 70.1 SAME in.
Height: 54.7 SAME in. Wheel Base: 106.9 SAME in.
Curb Weight: 2965 2954 lbs
Horsepower: 145 hp Max Horsepower: 5500 rpm
Torque: 147 ft-lbs. Max Torque: 4500 rpm
SAME
The 95 EX v6 was only a 2.7L with 170hp and 165ft-lbs and weighs 3285lbs.
The 97 EX v6 is the same...neither of which came in a 5speed manny with the v6.
But all this info should be in the "Basic Guide for accords" at the top of the thread.
Really it is just asthetic difference
IMO you could get a 94-95 for cheaper with about the same miles. Check http://www.edmunds.com for more spec info

94-95 look alot better IMO.....honda went to a new concept on grill and tailights for the 94-95, but then went back to older style for 96-97.....what i mean is, the 96-97 grill is pretty much the same as 4th gen accords, and the tailights on 94-95 accords and 4th gen preludes were a big step away from what honda's usualy long and skinny taillights (not being 2 pieces, and running onto the trunk) which was a design feature on MOST hondas throuough its history (and still is).......
i believe hub caps were of a different design,
, and some of the interior was changed just a WEEE bit

Thanks guys, Ive noticed the differences now that you all pointed them out. I think the 94-95 look better also. The wife is looking for a 4 door.

Well a 4 door weighs about the same and you have more "usable" space
.
IMO they look longer and lower (when you lower them) .
Is she or you wanting to do any mods?

She wants to lower it, and some wheels. I was joking around about an H22 swap and she said "sure." But that wouldnt be for awhile if I did it.
