Default Raining Season officially started today in Japan :-(

**Sigh**

This means that I can't do anything with my R for the next 4 to 6 weeks. And after raining season is over, its generally EXTREMELY hot and humid for the next 8 weeks after that! I hate Japanese summers!!!!

In front of my house:

My poor R in the driveway (grounded for the next serveral weeks ):

Monsoon season, eh?

I hated it when I was in Korea. Hardly would go a day without rain .

thanks for the compliments, but its really not that great of a place. Its clean and European looking so it does attract attention, but its small and really overpriced and I have a view of a brick wall.

on a sunnyer day

Yeah...its really that bad! weeks and weeks of rain of varying degrees. It gets really depressing! Of course I still drive in the rain, but its easy to lose traction so I gotta take it easy. I'm not looking too forward the dreadfully hot weather that follows! Definately not my favorite season

Tell that to the victim's and victim's families of the 95' Kobe Quake, I'm sure they'll beg to differ. Japan's earthquakes shouldn't be underestimated.

sorry i didn't mean to understate earthquake dangers..
was just recounting my experiences, and even though there were a few earthquakes every time i was in japan, they fortunately were only minor.
