94 GSR having trany problems?

i have a 94 GSR and i swaped out the trany for a 2000 b16 with phantom grip

lately when i drive in 5th gear it pops out it's stays in 5th for about 2 or 3 minutes and then pops out.

does anyone know what the problem might be?

the tranny you put in might be screwed, or your shift linkage is not right. Hell it could be the pressure plate not letting it stay in gear
