My integra won't start....sometimes. Every once and a while I will jump in the car and it won't start. Being hot or cold does not seem to be part of the problem. It turns over but it seems like it doesn't have any fuel. The problem happens when it is sitting on a hill especially. I am a boob when it comes to this kind of stuff, but im trying to learn. Any suggestions?

Also, if I let it set for a minute or two, it will start right up, unless I am on a hill, then I have to move it, or wait like an hour.....???? Is it a fuel problem?

 

how big of a hill? maybe do a tune up of spark plugs and spark plug wires fuel filter pcv valve etc, but does it only do this while on the hill starting up or everywhere?

 

everywhere, just especially on hills. and the hills don't have to be too steep.
