Sound-deadening in a 5th gen?
What sound-deadening material is there in a 5th gen prelude? I would like to remove what ever there is except if it is part of the firewall. Thanks

look underneath your rear seats, underneath your spare tire, and underneath your front drive and pass carpet (youll have to pull the seats and carpet)..and also underneath the carpet your rear passenger and driver side

^^Yup, take everything out and get a chunk of dry ice from the grocery store and smash it into little pieces and spread them over a section of tar...
Then wait like 5 minutes and you'll be amazed: the stuff breakes off easily in big chunks
I just used a chisel and mallet and pried it off...
Wear gloves, though....seriously

Good advice one additional one. If you're seriously going to do it, do it right. Remove everything in the interior, i.e. carpet, seats, center console, ect. Don't do a half *** job.
