I just wonder how you make that stuff? I want to try to make a case were i can put a woofer in it for my trunk so the question is, how do u make it and how do you have to start with it?
If somebody can help? Really interested about that...

 

Just like it says, fiber it comes in many forms ,most common is mat [differant kinds and wt./in oz.] . To make it hard you need resin [waxed and un waxed] and hardner MEKP , mixing MEKP [small amounts] into resin and "painting"it onto fiberglass matt [in the shape you want] will "kik off" and harden [how fast depends on how much MEKP is used] carfull it can get hot] 4 or 5 layers [after each one has hardend] will be about 1/4" thick [same as 1" MDF hope this helps 94
