Default Fuel Pressure?!

I have a 91 integra, ls motor in it...and i just bought the B&M FPR...i have boltons, and thats all for now...whats the fuel pressure i should adjust this to? and should i just but the little guage for in the engine bay, or should i get an electric one for my dash? does it matter wich one i use to show how my fuel pressure is...

An in-cabin FP gauge really is only necessary if you have extensive fuel system modifications and want to ensure that one of them doesnt fail (IMO). For a mostly stock fuel system, an underhood B&M guage is fine for slight adjustments.

That I dont know...hopefully someone who has done this on a dyno and has experience with it can tell you for sure. I wouldnt think you'd be making much of a change.
