Gauging Interest for '89 CRX Si.
I'm not sure where to post this, so here goes:
As some of you might've read, my CRX was hit a couple weeks ago by a TRUCK (from hell). The 'rex is in need of a rear quarter, and a passenger side rear taillight cluster (from the accident). It has some cancer (ROT). I'm also pretty sure that the rings are shot, I'm getting some oil blow-by coming out of the exhaust. No blue smoke, just liquid *blegh* when the throttle is blipped in neutral. It could also benefit from a set of new shocks down the road. Other than that, it's fine. The interior is in great shape for its age...
With the above problems, I want to see how much interest (if any) there is in my car, as a whole - to use as a daily driver, or as a whole - for parts, or should I just part it out altogether? The chassis/motor has 227kmi. I also have pics.
I'd like to keep this for a daily driver / commuter at least through the winter, but with all that's happened as of late, I'm not sure what exactly to do.
All ideas are welcome. Thanks!
