Hi guys..
I want to buy a set of RC 1000cc peak and hold injectors. I have a ITB and want to prepare it for my turbo setup. It isnīt a ITB for honda engines so I have to do some machine work to make it fit to a B16A2 head. I want to know if there are any differences in the outer diameters or length between stock and aftermarket (RC) injecors. Iīve got already a set of stock B20 injectors from a CRV so if I think I can build the ITB for theese injectors. I donīt have the money right now to buy the RCīs but I want to buy them after Iīll finished my ITB.

I hope you can help me out.

What do you want 1000cc injectors for when you're running ITBs, a NA setup?

FWIW, Ford sells four of their 1600cc injectors used for LPG yet suitable for gas use for about what RC sells one 1000cc injector.

No I donīt run a N/A setup. Iīm going to run a FI setup. I prepare the ITB for my setup. Iīll install a air box to the ITB.
But whats about the sizes of the injectors.. Do anybody has RC 1000cc injectors who can masure them so I can compare the sizes with my stock injector. Please help me

Upper fuel rail sizes for the ~750cc+ injectors are bigger than stock Honda. I have no idea how your ITBs are set up, but with a billet fuel rail (instead of some of the pressed steel garbage I've seen on motorcycles) you can make a jig out of a block of wood to hold a drill in alignment and overbore the rail for bigger injectors.

Boost + ITBs sounds like a PITA. I don't know of any aplha-n/boost comp setups that would work ideally. Running regular speed density might work well, but you'll have a lot of part throttle tuning to do for driveability. Hope you can adjust pressure scalars for resolution where you need it with your setup.
