Has anyone ever cut the wheel wells out of the engin compartment for greater clearance?

Are you asking if anoyone has removed the plastic liners or do you mean take the towers out? If the liners-that is simple. If you mean the towers-that is very complicated and will require serious fabrication. Even if you don't go that far the consquences of removing any of the structure could cause you to actually lose the hood due to the movement of the upper control arms. Hope this helps.
