Good engine builder in New York area?
I alreaady did a search so don't suggest that, thanks.
Does anybody know a good engine builder in the NY, NJ, CT area? I really don't have the time to do it myself and I need to have some work done. Please let me know. Thanks.

IT is mostly an issue of burning excessive amounts of oil most likely due to the ring end gaps being to large. I can do the work myself I just don't have the time.
If you rebuild it again, you'll be looking at overboring again since it's already bored .010".
You'll either have to use the Topline .020" OEM Honda CTR or ITR replicas if you want to stay with a cast piston, or go back to using a forged piston in .020" over.
I thought you said the ring end gaps were on the loose side of the specified tolerance and not over.
