Default Any differences between a USDM and JDM GSR head ?

Thinking about picking up an entire JDM GSR swap locally for 3k the problem is the motor currently is sitting in a EG hatch and it was once stolen and recovered but the theives took the GSR head and JDM GSR ECU.

My question is, are there any differences between a JDM and USDM GSR head. If so how can I tell, what should I look for ? Also would using a USDM GSR ECU on a JDM motor hurt performance in any way ?
