see the problme is that .. if u were in california... and went to a tire shop owned by a southamerican... ahhh u would be in luck...
but IL hmmm i dont know.. i would say try a wheel shop where they fix tires.. usually they have like a billino keys for wheel locks...
good luck... also what u could do if u r in desperate need is post a pic of ur wheel locks.. on honda-tech and ask if anyone has those same keys.. then drive to that persons house pay him like $ 10 and get ur wheel locks out and put regular lug nuts.. peace good luck

goto the Acura dealership they have a set of Master Keys to get the locks off.
The other way is to chisel a wedge and hammer/impact hammer it around which is a high probablity of damaging rims.

park it in downtown at night, they will be off by moring. lol.
Get a socket that is close to the size of the wheel lock, hammer it on, un bolt the lock. Do same with the other three. 98ctr

Are they Honda OEM locks? If so, take them to Honda, they will remove them for you. They might not even charge you.
Are they aftermarket? Try...
1) Ask around on HT and see if anyone has those keys and borrow them/drive to meet them.
2) Use that gator grip thing where you can fit it to any size bolt because it has weird pin things in it.
3) Hammer a slightly smaller 12pt socket onto it.
4) Dremel off the lock lug.
5) Or take it to any tire shop, 95% of them will have the means to remove them. Just tell them to make sure not to damage the rim....that is, if you care about the rim.

ya we need more info on what kinda locks they are... if OEM like everyone said.. go to dealer
but if they are sumthing like kyokogen or anyother brand, the manufacturers do sell keys individually to if u call em up
or u can get those "as seen on tv" socket removes that take n e thing off
