Which is the most comfortable? I have sat in an SRD and they are amazing.. But I've never had the priviledge of sitting in a Torino.. Which one do you guys like the best? If you have any other seat suggestions post too.. RECLINABLE SEATS ONLY!

I love meh Srd's!

 

the recaros (non JDM) have a cheaper fabric than the Sparcos IMHO. ive seen the red recaros fade and wear out pretty bad in a short time....the Torinos have the black padding in high wear areas and the fabric is a tad stronger...i have them in my R (click my webpage to view my torinos). As to most comfortable...depends on how big/tall you are and your personal preferences..gotta try them both out yourself to really tell.

 

Recaro, or Mugen. Mugen's are better IMO.

I have tested some seat like Sparcos, Momos, *** cheap brands. The Recaro SRP is the most comfortable seat with good side hold. I had it stock in my R.

In the next few weeks I´ll test seat the new Recaro series.

At the SEMA I tested the Cobra and they are very comfortable. The seat is pictured at my second link to Webshots.

 

Im 6'2" George, you've seen me sitting in the seats before. I was the kid who "had enough sense" to know what was up when that cop was following us on the GW parkway.

thats like asking what fits more comfortably, Nike or Reboks...it depends on the size and shape of the person trying to fit in them...

more like Nikes or Payless..ones more expensive than the other. You get what you pay for definitely.

 

i've sat in both of these. the srds, while harder to get out of, are much more comfortable than the torinos to me.

 

Recaro's for those ppl who are 5'10 and under!

Sparco's for those ppl who are 5'10 and up!



Also depends on your weight! Lets say on an average joe!

Im gonna have to go with sparcos for people over 6'.Im skinny and tall (you can see my reflection in the window) and Ive never sat in recaros but it looks like they would be better for those of you who are uhmmm wider spec .Ive seen the red ones (USDM spec) fade pretty bad. We shall see how mine do. No McD's comments please

 

You know most people will vote for Recaro's, simply because that is what is in the JDM R.. So it has to be better..

 

Yeah i know, if its JDM it has to be better automatically...well Real time racing uses sparcos so BLAH!

 

HAHA.. I have sat in the torinos and the SRDs as well.. My stock prelude seats hold me in tighter.. If you wanna feel tight, get a non-reclinable race seat..

 

MOMO also makes two reclinable seat models. I like the quality of my MOMO bucket seat... so, maybe the reclinable seat would be good in quality as well.

 

I have only sat in the Sparco's and it was for a long road trip and I thought they were very comfortable. My mind is made up.....Sparco.

 

I loved my sparco's, when I sat in the SRD's I felt higher up and like the sets where bigger.....it was awhile ago so that is the best I can remember them

My problem with the Sparcos is you can really feel the bars under the fabric of the seat, No padding
