I have a jackson racing supercharger on a b15b7. It runs great, awsome throttle response. But for some reason it redlines at 3500rpm. Im running stock 90 si computer with a DOHC ZC wiring harness. Please help if u have any info.

whats a b15b7?

sounds like your distributor is nt wired properly, the zc has diffrent distributor wiring the than the usdm d series motors, id start with that.

"redlines at 3500rpm"

what do you mean it redlines?
fuel cut? loss of power? limp mode?
any codes?

what year is your car? you should be using your old car's harness. your crank angle sensor is not properly hooked up. use an si distributor that hast a blue yellow and a blue green wire coming out and run those to ur ecu (if forgot which pins)

Its a 90 crx si with a d15b7 in it. I just took the belt off the SC so it wasnt running any boost, cuz i thought maybe tha comp was reading tha boost and trying ta shut tha engine down, well any ways it still redlines at 3500rpm. Im running the stock 90 si comp in my car. should i get a 95 civic dx or something for that new engine?

your problem is code 4 if memory serves me correctly code 4 is crank angle sensor,

if your using the zc harness its probably not hooked up .
