my radiator fan wont turn on, i switched it with my friends radiator fan an it still didnt work, i checked the fuses under the steering wheel an the raditor fan fuse was fine, is there a fuse for it in the engine bay, please help cuz my car gets hot really fast an doesnt go down even with heater on, not sure if it could be thermostat but doesnt seem like it, all inputs help thanks

 

jump the fan switch on the thermostat housing with a paper clip...if you fan comes then you have a bad temp switch. my two cents.

 

where do i jump it at, is it right by the thermostat, jus never had this prob b4 an need some help

 

On the thermostat housing there is a 2 wire switch. Thats the fan switch, if you unplug and jumper it the fan will turn on.

Not that it cant happen, but Ive never seen a fan switch go bad. Gets hot really fast, and no fan is most likely a headgasket.

 

if u jump the fan switch and it does nothing....check the relay switch....

 

ok so i jumped the fan switch an it came on, so i will be gettin a new temp switch tomorow at acura, any ideas on the price of these
