Default Brake Booster Problems, Need some Ideas

I replaced the booster on my Crx about 3months ago, Ive noticed that the brakes are sticking now. I tried to set it similar to my oem one, but I guess it didnt work out.
When you disconnect the booster Vac line, the wheels will release. When connected and the brake is pumped up they start sticking again.

Ive adjusted it all the way out, then in, and nothing has changed. Still sticks
Think its bad? The Check valve is Good. It Hiss's air out when I pull the valve out like its not relasing the pressure.

btw its an autozone part.....

Ive got a really bad wobble also, my rotors are shot. Do you think the brakes sticking to warped rotors would cause a wobble to start around 60-90? occurs w/o braking or throttle.

yes, I have checked it several times even using a different one. It is not the problem. Im thinking its either an adjustment problem or a bad booster.
I have adjusted it three times and still does the same thing.
