Anwsering how you worded it, sure it will bolt right into place, pefect fit with no holes. Just messing with ya.....
Are you trying to say "I was wondering if the oem stock ITR spoiler uses the same hole as the stock (GSR, LS etc..) spoiler and if it would cover up the 3rd brake light hole too?"
If I remember correctly it will not and you can see the holes left for the 3rd brake light.

You are better off buying an ITR replica that is made to replace the GS-R wing. That way, all of the holes will be covered, and most come with an integrated brake light so you won't have to worry about installing a separate one.

not to mention if you don't get one with a brakelight you'd have to put one in your rear windshield otherwise it's illegal.

Is that a nationwide rule? That you have to have either a spoiler with brake light, or a brake light in the rear window?
I have a Type R spoiler(JDM). The holes that are exposed are only partial, like half way. I used red vinyl sticker tape to cover the holes and it's been alright, keeps water out. I believe Wings West has a brake light option. I don't have and 3rd brake light and where I live, I don't think it's illegal??

huh.... I'm not sure that I understand the thinking behind it.... the two big brake lights aren't enough to let people behind you know you're stopping?
there were studies shown that only increasing the intensity of the light does not induce a strong enough response as adding an additional light [in emergenices and stuff]
i dont think the cops care because the stock ITR dont have a 3rd brake light.
thx for your replies
i guess i am juss goin to cover up all the holes and get a new paint job and go wingless or get a Carbon fiber trunk with a CF ITR wing

The type r actually does have a third brake light. It has the same third brake light as all integras that don't come with spoilers.
