I don't know the answer, but I do know that there are three different colors of silver that have been used on the NSX...

Your 4th generation Prelude's OEM silver paint is called Satin Silver Metallic, Honda paint code NH-623M. It is not an NSX silver color. The NSX was produced in Sebring Silver (91-93), Kaiser Silver ('97-'99) and Silverstone Metallic ('00 to present). Sebring Silver is similar to Satin Silver Metallic but not the same shade. I know this since my '01 GSR is Satin Silver Metallic too. Kaiser Silver and Silverstone are nearly identical (a darker gunmetal gray) with Silverstone containing more metallic flakes.
i know that laseca. i don't have the oem 4th gen. silver paint on my lude. my paint is either kaiser or sebring silver. i wouldn't post this if i had the oem silver!

Those two colors are not easily confused with each other. The Sebring Silver is a bright, shiny silver. The Kaiser Silver is a darker, gunmetal silver.
